Sweet Cinnamon Spaghetti Payasam

Ooohhhhh! So yummy! Sweet condensed milk and pasta, how can you go wrong?

Serves:
4

    •    2 liter whole milk
    •    1 cup sugar
    •    small package of dry spaghetti
    •    1 tsp cinnamon

Place the milk in a large pot and heat until it boils. When the milk begins to boil turn the heat on low. The milk should still be boiling, but it should be a small rolling boil. If necessary, adjust the heat so that the milk is a rolling boil. Then add the sugar.

Continue cooking the milk until it reduces by 1/4th. It takes about an hour. Make sure to stir the milk every 15 minutes.

When the milk has reduced, add the spaghetti and cook for another 5-8 minutes. Then turn the flame off and put a lid on the pot. Let the payasam cool for about and hour.
