Fat Free Buttermilk Mango Pudding

This recipe is using a thick buttermilk cheese that you get when you strain coagulated buttermilk through a cheesecloth. The butter was already taken out making this sweet dish a fat free treat!

    •    2 cups thick buttermilk cheese
    •    1 cup sugar
    •    2 ripe mangoes
    •    1/4 tsp powdered cardamom


Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl.

Use a hand blender for mixing.

Blend for about 4 minutes.

Now you have a thick and creamy mango pudding!
