Mix all the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Then add the melted ghee and yogurt.

Knead everything until is is fully combined. This dough will be a little wet but not sticky because of the ghee.

Then roll it out into a roughly 12″ x 9″ rectangle, about 1/2 ” thick.

Prepare your filling by adding all the ingredients into a bowl.

Here is what the filling should look like.

Now top the flattened dough with the filling mixture.

Next you are going to roll it all up starting from the 9″ part of the dough.

Once you reach the end and it is in a log shape, at this point form the whole dough into a flat circle and then place into an oiled cake pan for baking.

Bake at 425F or 220C for 30 minutes or until done. You know it is done when you put a sharp knife in the center and it comes out dry. Let the cake cool for about 10 minutes before putting on the glaze.

Prepare the glaze by adding the yogurt to the powdered sugar until you get a thick frosting.

It should not be too thin. Here is a good consistency.

Then apply the thick frosting on top of the cake. You will notice that the frosting melts nicely and leaves an nice coating that looks beautiful.

You can serve it warm or cold! Now you are ready to offer to Kṛṣṇa with love and devotion!
