Easy Cilantro Chutney

Here is a nice and easy cilantro chutney recipe that goes really well with corn on a cob!

    •    1 big bunch of chopped Cilantro (green coriander)
    •    1 green chopped chilies
    •    2 tablespoons yogurt
    •    2 tablespoons of lemon juice
    •    1/2 inch ginger
    •    1 teaspoon salt
    •    1 teaspoon cumin seeds
    •    1 teaspoon oil
    •    1 teaspoon sugar

  1. Blend all ingredients, except the cilantro, into a paste.

  2. Add the cilantro, a little at a time, and blend. If needed, add another tablespoon of yogurt. The yogurt will help in blending. Blend well until all is fully combined.

  3. Now you are ready to offer to Kṛṣṇa with love and devotion!
