Whey Ginger Lemonade

This is an excellent and very healthy way to use your excess whey! It only takes minutes to make and is a very tasty drink!
• 2 cups whey
• 2 cups water
• juice of 2 lemons or limes
• 1/2 inch fresh ginger
• 3/4 cup sugar (you can use less depending on your taste)
Gather all of your ingredients.
Place the whey, ginger and sugar in the blender.
Blend until the ginger is fully broken down.
Drain the mixture through a colander to get the ginger strings out.
Now add the lemon or lime juice and water and mix it all up.
Now you are ready to serve to Kṛṣṇa! So easy!! So good!!
