Fenugreek Milk Tea


This is a wonderful nutty maple flavored wholesome beverage. Perfect for those cold winter days.


    •    1/2 tea cup milk
    •    1/2 tea cup water
    •    1 tsp fenugreek seeds
    •    dash ginger powder
    •    dash nutmeg powder
    •    sugar to taste


  1. Pour the milk into your tea cup half way. Fill the rest of the cup with water. Then pour this and all the remaining spices in a pot and heat until boiling. Turn off the heat and let it set for 5 minutes.

  2. Strain the milk tea through a colander back into the tea cup. Now you are ready to offer to Kṛṣṇa with love and devotion!
